Yes that very important word "INTEGRITY" sets good company director's apart from the bad ones which is clear why the big investors have stated away from BB an the company.

The market never reacted to the recent Offtake signed and IMHO it's because the BoD cannot be trusted an past indiscretions by way of reporting false information can only be described as pure dishonesty towards shareholders whilst still making sure they are well looked after just reeks with contempt to the many thousands of shareholders and those shareholders have clearly shown their disgust at the BOARD by voting down the past 3 Remuneration Reports.

So maybe there are a couple of other words investors need to add to Warren Buffets list along with INTEGRITY they being HONESTY an TRANSPARENCY which by the way this BOARD has None Of.
