There is some key info in the 3Y.
3 of the 5 directors have invested their SMSF funds in there . Also, MR has invested some of his family’s estate funds into the company as well . Over last two years all directors have bulked up on their holdings & haven’t liquidated at all .
Directors currently own approx 10%-15% collectively.
Share register (400 Mn shares on issue ) looks pretty decent for fund raising for any lender ,be it NAIF / QLd Govt / LGES / Export Finance Agencies/ Banks or other lenders …
I reckon consolidation was required as process of funding requirements along with having an unconditional offtake .
With all the above changes along with rise in prices for Cobalt and Nickel & improved network of charging stations we are all gearing up for the final laps .
It’s next 60 days and a major news shall drop in .. get ready guys for this thing to start moving
