    I will be watching this "Existing Australian Mines shareholders would hold the same percentage ownershipin both proposed demerged companies (being the exploration-focused companyand the separate battery/hydrogen R&D company) as they presently do in AustralianMines." As they renigged on their promise in relation to NWM by saying they would do in specie distribution to AUZ shareholders. Im still spittig chips over that one.
