Casual 900k (at current prices) parcel of performance shares for JC. That is far from chickenfeed - has he earned it? Hard to say given we have little insight into exactly what he has done as Chairman of the Board. I know the vote was passed overwhelmingly and that its good for the team to be large holders, and thus provide further incentive to build SP even if its not their own 'skin in the game' per se, but AVZ management certainly isn't shy with its remunerations. Hopefully they bring home the bacon and show that it's a worthy investment in the future!
