Results were good but as I have said many many times. Compared to market peers it is heavily over valued.
So either peers come up or AR3 goes down but balance will always be found because the local rare earth explorers are heavily misunderstood.
Grade, recoveries, basket price, location, radioactive by-products, impurities. Many, many things to consider. There is a lot more to understand than ppm and how many tonnes in a resource.
