When it says NIL consideration all that means is us retail shareholders pay for it with dilution.
Yes we all know this was announced but just the sneaky way of sliding it through on a friday after close is plainly a bad look.
At the next AGM all retail shareholders must not approve the remuneration report to get second strike and spill the board.
The remuneration should only be based on increasing shareholder value. Not the 80% soft targets like turning up to work and going to their directors meetings. rediculous.

The plain hard facts are that Hopper and Chong have now been at the helm since 2016 and despite increasing LC salary seven fold and Hopper buying himself a large house in Sydney from profits from shares ,there has been no products to market, no increase in shareholder value of note and have spent nearly $300m of shareholders funds in development for nil return.

It staggers me that someone else on the board has not raised these simple facts and demanded remuneration needs to be connected to shareholder value.
I dont care how rich you get but the way you earn it counts. They have not earned it. They have taken advantage of their position of power and trust and paid themselves before adding value to shareholders. All wrong IMHO.
I have met Leslie. I find her a lovely person but gee this does not look and feel right.
As for Hopper. I find that he looks at retail shareholders with disdain, is reluctant to speak and when he does he speaks like a politician with riddles and words that mean nothing.

I hang in there for data. I did think 2024 was my last year of hanging on but here I am still here for the receipt of some data which we have paid for to see if there is a value increase.
Azercel data release resulted in a few pips increase and back down again.
Lets hope for better times ahead.
