Was thinking the same about news to market around Directors buying. Pretty sure this is only relevant to news released by the company. If, for example, they are awaiting approvals/information from an unrelated third party, this news can still come at any time. With that in mind, now does seem like the most sensible time for Directors to buy...ie. when any news on the regulations and/or site approvals is in the hands of external parties.
