Jake certainly discloses that he purchased 4 full allocations, but if you check the Direct and Indirect Interest list, there are 5 entities listed. While ASX notice requires a listing of all relevant interests, for the purpose of the SPP he does not personally own the shares in 4 of the 5 funds and trusts mentioned. Therefore, accounts in which he has only an "indirect interest" are each able to apply for their own allocation. This would apply to a lot of shareholders who hold positions in a both personal, company, trust or SMSF accounts which are treated as separate legal entities for the purpose of the SPP. It all rests on the definitions of "Eligible Shareholders ",in more than one capacity" and "Indirect Interest". I am sure the lawyers would have this well covered.
