Spot on Value - you are on the money there for sure, It certainly doesn’t seem like the board and Jake purchased these shares from their own money. 5 board members obtained the exact number of shares on the same day. like you said it’s performance rights converted to ordinary shares.
Debt Lakes performance is going from bad to worse yet these old codgers still get a bonus.
It’s time the board stopped issuing staff free shares. It’s a bucking joke especially if the hillbillies in Canada are in on the act. A leopard never changes its spots so I’m not so sure they have cleaned up the bad culture just yet.
