...so now we know it was one of the directors who converted 400000 options into shares paying considerably more then buying on market.
To me that can only mean the company was in urgent need of cash (to pay someone?), otherwise this is a totally irrational move since the options only expire in 2016. Hope I am wrong, maybe someone has another explanation.
