To have the cash runway extend as long as possible is what I'd like to see. When I first read resolutions 6 & 7 I wasn't impressed, but if by issuing these options (shares) as renumeration, the bank balance doesn't take a hit, I see it as the better option. I don't like dilution either but 30mill is only increasing the shares on issue by 1.5%.
