I think it's good conserving cash and issuing stock in place of renumeration making market pay the salary but it has two sides. If directors actually want to be paid for the year then they have to sell stock which then needs to be disclosed - not the best look when directors selling ? And sure only 30m and 1.5% which is nothing compared to the 2B on issue but 30m is still a lot on a relatively illiquid stock turning a few million a day at best.
