Maybe they can sell the tug? How about the accommodation and facilities they built for the workers for a project which wasn't yet fully funded? Maybe they can strip that down to and sell it for scrap, if it was real as per the photos and not cardboard. If anyone wanted an example of how not to manage a project, then IFE Wilcherry Hill would be front and centre as a prime one.
