Hi Mate,
I have linked this to the original post from a while back. I only had a quick look last night and was distracted at the time. You are quite right that what I posted last night is not relevant and undistracted now I had another look.

A search of L45/422 (Mt York as reported by Kairos in their last quarterly - actually L45/0422 but that does not yield any results) found this:

It would appear then that the matter was moved from Meekatharra to Perth and a decision regarding an outcome is still to be made.
