From your post above and other subsequent posts I think your beef relates to being in the stock a very long time with little or no reward to date. I am a very recent holder and so my potential returns of 30% p.a. are very possible. You cannot change the past so everything beforehand is effectively a sunk cost. I looked at BCN as a good investment relative to other potential share that were available at reasonable prices.

I looked at the deal directors got and concluded that yes whilst they loaded up they have got the company very close to production and for that they must get some reward. Of course a rights issue to all holders is fairer but costly and somewhat slower and in the case of BCN speed to production and operating cash flow is paramount.
