What a load of rubbish this company puts out, on one hand saying they will not issue more shares than 1 for 3 in this offer, they anticipate there will be no dilution if current shareholders take up their full offer, then just issue a supplementary prospectus to issue more shares - the issue of this this supplementary prospectus to me makes it a part of the offer and this now causes a dilution to shareholders.

Now we have the big dump bringing down the sp below the cr price, not only dilution but a fall in value, when is SC going to take responsibility of his failure to increase shareholder value.

Just wondering how others who took up the cr as to protect their current value feel now.

I hate consolidations as i have never had a good experience with them, but i see one coming and if this does happen then i see the new post consolidation sp falling again reducing shareholder value.

What are Management doing other than taking their fees and spending money

No update of the other outstanding deals
No further income from these deals
Over three times the number of shares on issue
A share price down from .005 at the start of July 2018 to .003 at end of June 2019.
