The only problem with averaging down is if the shares fail to go up you are risking more money as each of the cr's have been done at a lower rate than the previous one.

If the sp fails to increase above the .004 then one is left holding the can, if you think that the current management care about shareholders imo you are fooling yourself.

Why the dump after the sp well the actual reasons may never been known but to me some of the buyers of the cr shares never intended to keep them but saw a way of giving money to the company with low risk, take up the cr offer (giving money to Suda) with the sole purpose of off loading them once the cr was completed.

What was the other option allow Suda to go broke and then get delisted and then holding worthless shares, companies know that shareholders want to protect their outlay.

We all still live in hope that by some miracle at least one of the current deals or maybe a new deal will start bearing fruit
