So GW has converted one of 2 million options at 50 cents.
A good sign.... but easy decision given todays action.
I'm more interested in the AP Ventures Convertible notes.
It looks to me like the notes have a face value of $1..... and they are converted at a volume weighted price.... which gives us a price of 54cents... which they paid in convertible notes not cash.
Hoping both will be long term holders.... not flippers like the first G.
