I hope your declaration is true, cos I'd hate to see you having to eat you words if the Directors & CEO pull this project off.

I realise you know this but I will re-iterate it for you. These are PERFORMANCE shares. They only vest if they achieve very specific targets.

So lets look at the first 5 targets shall we.

1. Announcement of entryinto Memoranda ofUnderstanding (MOU(s))or equivalent for aminimum of 75% of gassupply (sufficient forFront End EngineeringDesign (FEED) entry)

NH3 currently have 60% with Chevron.

2. Announcement of entryinto Land Option toLease and Water SupplyAgreements.

Land specified & water specified but not yet fully fulfilled imo

3. Announcement of entryinto MOU(s) or equivalentfor a minimum of 75%ammonia offtake(sufficient for FEEDentry).

Lots of discussion but nil offtakes atm.

4. Announcement of entryinto MOU(s) or equivalentfor 100% CO2sequestration.

Also, lots of discussion & hinting but nothing official.

5. Announcement that theBoard has made adecision to commenceFEED.

Targets 1 to 4 are pre-requisite for this to happen. Aimed at for near end Q1 2025, a major company goal.

So, 5 targets, 5 important steps & 5, or more, announcements.

No wonder the stock is currently 1.9c!!

If those targets are met & NH3 enters FEED by end of March 2025 what price do you think the share will be???

Now I am not ramping & those are all black & white facts but if the directors achieve their performance targets I for one, will drink to their effort, talent, skill & vesting income & so will every other shareholder who will be happy to say, position HELD.
