Agree assailed. more to the point, does any1 who is a decision maker actually even care about mental health?
I know it's the politically correct to say and pretend to care, but I really don't think many do.
Even if they do, do they care enough to spend money on monitoring it in their workers?
Window dressing or designing is the easy part.
Convincing CEO's that it is real is a whole new ball game.
