(which based on the performance rights dates we could see a decision to mine being made within 12 mths).


But for me the main game is still those deep targets (plus Patterson)

(then there is the balance of Mt ALEXANDER leases to explore)

20SCHEDULE 1 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DIRECTOR PERFORMANCE RIGHTS The terms and conditions of the Director Performance Rights are set out below: (a)MilestonesThe Performance Rights will have the following milestones attached to them:
(i)Class D Performance RightsAn announcement by the Company to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) is made by 30 June 2021 stating that the Company has made a Decision to Mine at the Mt Alexander Project.
(ii)Class E Performance RightsAn announcement by the Company to the ASX is made by 30 June 2022 stating that the Company has commenced production at the Mt Alexander Project of Nickel that will be commercially sold under an offtake or sales agreement.
(iii)Class F Performance RightsAn announcement by the Company to the ASX is made by 30 June 2022 stating that the Company has defined an inferred 2012 JORC compliant resource at the Mt Alexander Project of not less than 100,000 tonnes contained nickel based on a cut-off grade of not less than 0.5%
