They drill and note in the announcement they expect positive assays going off samples taken from the site. (ie: they know doubt panned the rc samples as they were drilling.) Most geos do that on site while they are drilling.
After that the chairman who is also the partner at Sanlam Private Wealth places 1m with his clients at 1.5c. Then the directors take up their SPP shares also during this period while awaiting assays.
Either they are just playing the game or they did in fact hit gold in drill at Luck Break a month ago!
