Yeah I kind of thinking this one as a combination of things. But I think the BHP announcement has spooked some of the market. My opinion about all the WA potash plays is that they will eventually merge to produce 1 to 2 big SOP players. I can only think BHP getting into the Potash game lifts the profile of the industry and as a beneficial impact, all other WA potash companies will reap the rewards. I don't think this will happen yet but once APC starts generating cash flow than we will be seeing considerable gains to the share price.

In reference to the share price, I would speculate that Matt has already got some indication from the syndicate of banks. There may be a residual required and that's why the share price has negatively moved. I agree with you fibo, the syndicated news has been overdue.

S04 issues are more centralised to the management of the company and not to the industry. Unfortunately S04 is the guinea pig or the experiment rat that other WA potash plays have to learn from. S04 share price in the short term will be spanked. There is too much speculation and unknowns with the company. I did a lot of research with S04 previously. One thing that I did not like is the cash burn of this company compared to other players. It seemed awfully excessive for not having your production facility up and running.
