The directors are converting their 12c oppies, effectively a mini-CR ... at a discount to the 14c earlier one ... hence the 12c price expectation now I guess.

If I take the spike out of the 3 year chart I get a "back of the napkin" SP projection around 10.7c.

What's in this to really get the masses to invest?

Re cultural issues you should check if the NT claimants have a right to negotiate the outstanding mining leases.
The claimants were the only group to object to the environmental approvals.
