Unfortunately, these forums are very heavily weighted toward the 'pro' camp, so you need to get past the cognitive bias to sift out any really useful information, and the way to do that, is to ask pointed questions that the 'true believers' may feel uncomfortable with, or threatened by. This is not trolling or down-ramping - it is a quest for informed opinion from other than those merely seeking validation for their investment choice.

Not that there's many of those around on HC - probably because they are constantly being told to bugger off by the majority of posters that only want to be part of a cheer squad.

Read below some of the highlights and try to read between the lines what exactly it means. If needed, that VRC annual report to your Financial Advisor for assistance.
