Also my question was "Who is loading up here?" Please note the question mark there. Rhetorical it may seem but it was in reference to this announcement and the previous poster alluding the directors were 'loading up,' which inferred that they were buying up on market, which obviously is not the case. I didn't reference the previous announcement where directors purchased a pissy amount of shares.
Yes the performance shares are disclosed in the financials, how inciteful. Keachy still has 27.5 million himself. I was stating the company still has two more tranches to go, not just Kechy, although Milestone C might be a stretch I think.
So then that still leaves the questions about related party transactions, as above.
