If you'd bothered to read the announcement you will see that the performance rights for Alex Keach lapsed, this is despite the company meeting the required revenue target for them to be converted into shares. Why? Because he stepped down as MD and Nan took over.

You will also see the granting of performance rights to the new MD (Nan). The company needs to hit its targets (including profitability) in order for these to convert to shares.

So yeah, no shares issued to anyone. But if you look at the Change of Directors Interest Notice from 10th November (the one you skipped over to get to this one) you will see that Jeremy King purchased 1.25m shares on market. Nan has also bought shares on market.
