Are you comfortable with the 131 million performance rights on issue from the prospectus? Most of which tied to relatively small revenue targets. As you know, revenue doesnt mean sh*t if expenses are higher. I note Keach got almost $500k worth of shares issued in August 2021. There are still two more tranches to come (excluding those issued post the prospectus) too. I also note that the lastest performance rights issued are mainly tied to the share price, which I don't think is a good enough hurdle, considering the way speculative share prices can fluctuate with no or little reason. Some are shares are tied to EBIT which is better but why not all?
On the subject of Nan, why not question the approx. $200k per quarter on related party transactions? Conflicts of interest coupled with lack of transparency is not a good look.
