Agree adam, Mr Allchurch who just recently converted all hid options for a $540k investment has now his 20 million converted his performance shares at a conversion rate of 2.7 cents (another $540K in for UNLISTED P shares ) ! Now these unlisted performance shares can be converted to ordinary shares provided theMAN share price is equal to/exceeding a 20-day vwap of $0.10 on or before 3 years from grant !
