I see Middlemas hasn't participated in this issue because he already invested heavily in the previous raise at 4.5 cents.
That should be considered new based in about 30-45 days given there is literally no liquidity around at these prices.
I don't have much faith here from the previous board but am hopeful with the new appointments and our new chairman.
