It's a shame they only want to pay 1.5c for the shares. A bit of on market buying wouldn't go astray, unless you subscribe to the ridiculous on market liquidity argument.
These options exercised gave money to Ganesh, not the company balance sheet, so no reason they shouldn't buy on market.
