Your statement is incorrect, but no matter, your goal is to spam this forum in the hope of scaring investors and who knows what else... a pitiful effort.
You never seem to analyse any subject, perhaps you are not able to, just commenting flashy BS which are incorrect.
Your statement is written in a way to imply that the directors have issued themselves shares hence diluting existing shareholders etc. But of course this is not correct. The announcement is announcing the issuing of performance rights (which are not shares) and do not dilute anything. Also the issue is not to reward past performance but future performance, again your statement is implying something that is incorrect.
