Directors and key staff from time to time are offered options as incentives. Take a look back at company documents which give some indication as to the calculation of those options. The strike price varies as AZY's share price varies.
For example back in 2016 we traded up to the 6c level. Then by 2018 down to the 1's, late 2018 a move into the 3's then a year later headed back to 1 and now we are 5.1. Hence the incentive strike price varies.
