I wonder if this has anything to do with the BOD promising to cough up for some money in the SPP, from memory they offered to purchase 150k worth if approved, which is the amount raised by this little transaction.
A week from now this could potentially be sitting at half the price it was prior to the cap raise for the sake of a few mil. I wont be voting to pass the proposed performance rights and options unless this turns around.
