To answer your question. People travelling in Private jets have privileges most other people dont have. They travel knowing they will be able to get down to business. They take no chances. All is planned ahead.
Considering the state the semiconductor industry is at the moment. There will be a lack of it as a matter of fact ( Just Google it)
Israel is closed and travelling to China is restricted.
But all can be arranged and is in fact arranged on request if business dictates it.
So now you know.
