So why haven't they done the obvious thing and declared the Meijin offer the superior offer? That's what they did last year, and gave Jindal the right to match it. If Jindal's response was not acceptable then shouldn't these morons be telling us that Meijin is the superior offer and discussions will progress with them?
I don't know. The more I think about this the more I think the RCI directors are more to blame for this shambles than Jindal.
