    I wonder what prompted this sudden flurry of buyers. I thought there may have been an announcement. Its one of only four greens on my watch list suddenly. Maybe word just got out. Perhaps the Chinese are in town and are smiling all over their faces. Frank's got excellent Chinese contacts.
