As soon as I read this I knew it was a sale of shares rather than a purchase. Either:

1) Mr Johnson's entity is into short term trading and sees a short term top;
2) The funds are urgently required elsewhere, or
3) LNC is full of hot air and the shares are overvalued.

Hope it's not 3)....
