Is anyone concerned that Luke Tonkin (Ceo) has sold all his shares. Just after another director sold his own several days ago. What is this all about? I know he has 1 million share options available to him but does anyone else think this is normal.
Maybe he has done this sort of thing before. On face value you would think there was something fishy going on, and yet with insider and disclosure laws they would be held in contempt and prosecuted if they knew anything.
Maybe they just think its time to pull out some hard earned cash and use it for other personal reasons. (however why sell all your holdings). I feel if the CEO of the company doesn't want to own shares why should I.
Just with my Metcash experience i'll probably sell my MGX shares on Monday only to see them hit $2 bucks in a month.
