Director Peter Hutchinson had to pay tax on the 2,500,000 options granted at the last AGM.
The tax would have broken many, and the fact that he bought shares rather than sold some to pay the tax bill is a clear indicator of the state of this company.
Some people foolishly think that a Director of a company has an endless supply of funds.
Get real or do some research.
