Not sure where I got 5 mil of Oppies from... yet I bet he wished he had 5 mil Oppies to convert. Surely the MD, previous MD of Roche will be able to find another $18,000 to convert the remainder of his shares without offloading standard shares like another Director.
For my money, this period is either a confidence showing from the Directors or very half hearted if they sell down normal shares to pay for conversion of Oppies.
Geoff if u not converting them- I will have them- Lol.
Looking for several more notices to come- some larger Instos should be in the Top 10 after all this I hope.
In an email to Geoff he seemed very confident that many more signings where to come- IMO. He expressed they are in advanced talks with 6 from the Top 10 in the VD field.
Surely Roche is a company that will jump aboard- as he did use to be MD there- so an insider IMO.
