I really do feel you have not cottoned on to what is happening here.
There are two markets a genuine one and a false one, the ASX one is false, the internal one between directors is far more likely to reflect the true value of the stock. To have bought in the open market, this quantity, would have resulted in the price going up and that is not on the directors agenda IMHO. Remember the directors now hold the overwhelming majority of the stock.
In the future the directors undoubtedly see ways to increase the value of the company however they are greedy and do not want to involve shareholders in this. The motivation for Mr Loh taking this attitude IMHO comes from the fact that the market has for a long time now massively undervalued this share which must have been very dissapointing for Mr Loh. The reson for the market undervaluation has IMHO come from Mr Lohs very large holding.
