Rxl directors sell and it tanks.
Rim directors buy yesterday and it drops 20%.
There is no guarantee that rxl will be over 10c next year
otherwise everyone would buy and take the 25% in june.
Maybe he got a divorce or spent his money or blew it on horses but why does he have to put $150000 into rxl next year just because he is a director.
