Let's put it this way Zmans, if there was any doubt in Nathan's head he wouldn't be buying.
Why?
Because if we don't get the approval, the share price will probably go down to say 20-25c for a very short time before bouncing back to 40c as I'm sure that the management has Plan B (just in case) ready to implement.
They've spent a considerable amount of time and money to put together this fantastic consortium so do you think they will just walk away from it?
I don't think so.
If Nathan wasn't confident, he would have waited and if the deal falls over, he would have bought double at half price.
He is not doing that and instead he is buying more and more on market.
I think we are coming closer to the end now. The sell side has thinned out by 30%+ and the SP is starting to creep up.
I think we are now on a home stretch with news within days.
