I don't think HEG would be privatised. Recently the company received over $2mill from issuing 28mill shares plus 14mill free options to the sophisticated investors: 27/10/10. As such, they have money. It seems those sophisticated investors have been selling shares and damaging the share price. Once they sold all their shares the sp will quickly improve - me think.
