2 director's interest notices and they tell an interesting story.

JCT acquired his shares as a result of forgoing director's fees. In his entire time as a director I am not aware of him ever actually buying a share on market. I'm not a fan of directors that pocket fees but don't have a direct interest in the company. The shares in lieu were a financial cost to him but it is very unlikely in my opinion that he would not have any otherwise. It's one example of how he wasn't much value for the company. Ian Ross, prior to now, is the only recent director that actually bought shares in the company and to his credit has done so more than once over time.
Chris Jordinson, new MD, has dipped into his own pocket to buy on market ($25k). Thank you Chris for making a statement of commitment to the company that pays you. I would like to think it's also a statement of confidence.
