Unfortunately doesnt look to promising, last time (SPP August 2009) when the company made the announcement regarding directors take-up, it was done on the same notice.
Out of the 4 directors, 2 took up their full entitlement, one took up 10% and the 4th decided against (wise move).Now the 2 directors who took up full entitlements have moved on, and the other 2 are still around ,and still not putting $ in Key. Then theres the new director who took up his full entitlement, a whole of $1,400 and thats supposed to be the directors participating and showing faith in the company.
I hope for the sake of the company there an explanation why Ken and Dennis didnt participate, why recommend to your S/H and dont take it up your self ?This is the cynic in me, did they change their mind after they realized the CR was going to be under subscribed and maybe things arent going to flash in WA, who knows only Ken and his team, and once again S/H are the mushrooms.
