That's an interesting way of valueing it, not sure that it's conventional but you seem to be close to the money on valuations that have been posted here.
I'm a bit different, I bought EKA on it's own merit as the fundamentals were and are very strong, yet the SP didn't reflect it. I also believed they are a TO target but I think what AUT has done in the last week inregards to price per acre may just change a few strategies in the region.
