As detailed recently in SEA's Security Trading Policy, the only window in which the directors could trade any shares closed on 31st December. Naturally, any selling will initially be received by the market, but as GS pointed out, they are investors that have need for cash as we all do. There should be enough positive news in early 2011 to maintain share price momentum in line with recent broker estimates.
