Quick hypothetical:
If you had 2.5M shares and 2.5M options, and needed $5M for a boat or something, how would you arrange it? Lets assume average 40c/option.
Would you sell all the shares and keep the options - leaving 2.5M options?
Or, sell 20% shares, convert the options and sell that - leaving 2M shares?
The first choice seems to leave most skin in the game, so perhaps its not too bad BG selling shares, but keeping options.
Anyone have any thoughts?
